How to play craps

A craps hand begins with a come-out roll. Pass Line wins on 7 or 11 and loses on 2, 3 or 12. A 4, 5, 6, 8, 9 or 10 becomes the point. Once a point is set, repeat it before a 7 to win the Pass Line bet; a 7 first ends the hand and loses that wager.

Place bets win when their number rolls before a working 7. The Field is a one-roll bet on 2, 3, 4, 9, 10, 11 or 12. Come bets follow their own point cycle. These wagers can settle differently on the same roll, so start with one bet and follow its result before adding more.

Use practice credits to explore payouts without real-money wagering. A free account unlocks Learn Mode, saved lesson progress and a shared bankroll. The guides explain correct bet sizes, true odds and the difference between come-out and seven-out rolls. No betting system removes the house edge.
