Using Lucky Penny Gaming
These terms apply to luckypennygaming.com. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the site. The site is intended for adults aged 18 or older. Use it only where permitted by the laws that apply to you.
Educational practice only
Lucky Penny Gaming provides casino-game education and simulations. We do not accept real-money wagers, deposits, or withdrawals and do not award cash prizes. All balances, chips, credits and displayed payouts are fictional. Practice credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and cannot be redeemed. A Premium membership would purchase access to educational features, never a stake or an opportunity to win money.
Accounts and fair use
Keep your sign-in credentials secure and give accurate information when creating an account. Do not access another person’s account, disrupt the service, scrape private account information, distribute malicious code, or bypass access controls. We may restrict accounts that misuse the site. You may stop using your account at any time and request deletion through our contact page.
Trials and Premium
Free previews have the limits stated at the table. The daily Hold’em preview is limited in this browser and does not confer paid membership. Paid membership checkout is not open. Any displayed planned price is an estimate, not a charge or a binding offer. Joining the notification list does not start a subscription or reserve a price. Before accepting payments, we will show the final price, billing frequency, renewal terms, cancellation process and refund policy, and request your express agreement to any recurring payment.
Lessons and results
Rules and payouts vary between casinos and game variations. Simulations, AI opponents, coaches and guides may contain errors and are provided for learning. They are not financial advice or a promise of success. Past results and simulator performance do not predict real-money outcomes. Do not use practice balances as evidence that you can afford a real-money wager.
Site content and availability
You may use the site and its learning material for personal, noncommercial practice. Site content remains the property of its respective owners. Do not redistribute site content without permission, except where applicable law allows. We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free content, or permanent storage of practice records. Features may change; any future paid access will be governed by the purchase terms disclosed at checkout.
Privacy and email
Our Privacy Policy describes the information we collect. Premium launch emails require a separate opt-in. You can withdraw that consent using your unsubscribe link or by contacting feedback@luckypennygaming.com. Selecting a feature in your account does not by itself subscribe you to email.

Changes to future paid subscription terms will be disclosed before purchase. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
