Four terms that matter

Learn these before learning anyone’s “system”

RTP

A long-run theoretical percentage, not a promise for tonight’s session. The available setting can vary by game and casino.

Volatility

How unevenly a game tends to return prizes. Higher volatility generally means rougher dry spells and more dependence on larger wins.

Denomination

The value assigned to each credit. It is not the same as the total cost of the spin.

Progressive

A jackpot that grows as eligible wagers are played. A growing meter does not mean the jackpot is due.

Lucky Penny’s position: no slot is due, a nearly full meter is not automatically valuable, and a higher wager is not a strategy. Use the exact machine’s help screen, set the session budget first, and treat every spin as paid entertainment with an uncertain return. Adults 18+ only. If gambling stops being fun, call or text 1-800-GAMBLER.
